Trick-or-Treating for kids in costume beginning at 3 PM, sponsored by participating Water Street businesses. Luminaries will mark participating businesses from the post office to the Library .

Sidewalk Parade of Children at 4 PM (line-up at 3:55 at A1 To Go)

Jack-o-Lantern contest for families. Place pumpkin entries in McKay park by 3:45 PM – no limit per person

Halloween Costume Contest (Most original/Scariest/Cutest) Prizes for the winners!

Children’s activities

FREE popcorn!
