Turn the Tide Health Collaborative in partnership with Hour Exchange Portland is opening its doors for its monthly free clinic, providing complementary and alternative health care services in Portland on February 1st from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Anyone who is uninsured or underinsured and makes $24,000 per year or less is eligible to receive free care through Turn the Tide. Services available include naturopathic and nutrition consults, physical therapy, massage therapy, homeopathic consults, attunement, and Brain Gym®. Payment is a “pay it forward” donation of time doing community service to others, or service through Hour Exchange Portland. Ongoing free clinics will be held the first Monday of every month, and are currently scheduled for March 1st and April 5th. Turn the Tide welcomes patients seeking care and healthcare providers interested in joining Turn the Tide and offering their services.
