Discover the needs and adaptations of the park’s birds and the ways in which people can help birds around their homes survive winter.
Guided nature programs, free with park admission, on Sundays through February 28 at Wolfe’s Neck Woods State Park. Starting at 2:00 p.m. at the benches by the second parking lot, weather permitting. One hour programs may include walks, short talks, and activities in a beautiful natural setting. No reservations needed, except for group programs. Park admission is $1.50 for ages 12-64; persons under 5 and over 65 are free. Please call the park at (207) 865-4465 the day of the program, after 10:00 AM, for updates on the programs and trail conditions.
