JohnsonHall.redfront2.06Let me just say that every one of these shows bring to the Johnson Hall stage some of the best musical talent in Maine. Most certainly a Valley Voice BEST BET!

Johnson Hall announces eight nights of live music, featuring many acts from out-of-state and some Maine favorites. Each show has two sets.  At intermission, desserts, coffee and concession items will be offered for sale.  Johnson Hall provides a great opportunity to listen to live professional music in an intimate setting, meet the musicians, and be on television as part of the studio audience.  Time Warner Cable tapes the shows for future TV broadcast.   You may not have heard of all the musicians, but they are chosen for their excellence.  There’s nothing like enjoying live music with friends—a different style every week.

The music series is hosted by Denise Reehl, Artistic Consultant at Johnson Hall.  Shows are Fridays in March and April at 7:30 pm at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center, 280 Water Street, Gardiner.  Ticket prices are: Adult $14; Johnson Hall Member $12; Student w/ID $5.  Member special—buy one $12 ticket, bring a non-member free. Prices include a $1 Building Restoration Fund fee. Early ticket reservations are recommended, as seating is limited.  Johnson Hall can be reached at 582-7144, or info@johnsonhall.org .  The website is www.johnsonhall.org.
