Please Join Us March 31 and/or May 5!
Spring is near, and we are looking forward to our 2010 season. This week, we mailed our annual spring letter seeking donations, since TAM cannot continue on ticket sales alone (even after a great season, ticket sales account for less than two-thirds of our costs).
You can help bring those donations in by joining with many of our Board members and calling some of our friends and neighbors! They have the letter, they love great Maine theater, but sometimes letters aren’t enough. A simple phone call from you can help to secure the donations that make the rest of our work possible.
We like to keep things simple and easy. So we have scheduled two call nights this spring, and would love for you to join us and play an important role in keeping your favorite theater healthy and producing great plays.
We’ll be calling some of our donors from last season on March 31st and May 5th beginning at 6 p.m. at the home of one of our Board members. We’ll provide a script and a very informative call sheet for everyone you contact. In addition, we’ll have a pot luck supper afterwards (yum)! It’s a great chance to meet some of the people who work all year around to ensure that TAM remains a part of everyone’s summer and fall.
