Terra Diddle Collective presents “The Earth Maiden,” a timely tale of compassion and redemption told through dance, drama, song and large puppetry! Saturday, January 14th, 6pm and Monday, January 16th, 2pm at The Camden Opera House.
The first in a series of three fascinating travelogues will be presented by Marty and David Thornton of Hallowell on Tuesday, January 10th. The program will feature Istanbul and Cappadocia and will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall of the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 69 Winthrop Street, Augusta.

The Maine Department of Environmental Protection is recommending the Legislature reevaluate product stewardship in the state after calculations concluded it has cost more than $2.5 million in the last decade to remove just over 400 pounds of mercury from the environment.
