Starting soon, submissions will open and the exciting journey of planning for 2012 will begin. There will be hundreds of new films to wade through. Over fifty of them will make it to our community next fall for the 8th Annual Camden International Film Festival, taking place September 27-30.

The Camden International Film Festivalhas announced its full slate of feature films for the 2011 program, taking place September 29th – October 2nd throughout Camden and Rockland, Maine. With themes ranging from war, economic decline, friendship, and hope, the 2011 Camden IFF will present nearly 60 films from all across the globe, including a number of US and regional premieres from both emerging voices in the industry, as well as new work from documentary pioneers.
