Coal fired, hearthstone ovens are the only ovens that can deliver a true original NY style pizza. Coal burns twice as hot as wood with an even burn that produces a charred crust, unique taste, and caramelized toppings. We use anthracite coal, which burns cleaner than wood and environmentally friendly. Our ovens are ignited hours before the first pie hits the deck, and our tended through the day to ensure perfection!

Lynn Deeves and Trina Hamlin at Universalist Church in Augusta on April 7, 2012

Written on March 17th, 2012 by George L. Tibbetts Jr.no shouts

Maine singer-songwriter, Lynn Deeves began “entertaining” at an early age-creating songs about her teachers and imitating the stars of the day. Her Mom says she’s been “on-stage” since the day she was born!!Trina Hamlin combines gentle understanding with raw emotion in a way that is, quite simply, captivating from the first note. With a rich, powerful voice, Hamlin reveals a rare confluence of Midwestern innocence, contemplative focus, and raw passion while adding a disarmingly sharp wit in her stage banter.
