The Opus One Big Band, which is under the direction of Dale Perkins and features some of the finest big band musicians in central Maine, will perform a concert to benefit Cumston Hall and the Monmouth Academy Band music program on Saturday, March 10th, 7:30 p.m. The experience of hearing a big band in one of Central Maine’s most historic theaters will delight those who remember of good old days of big band music, and will introduce newcomers to this unique brand of music performance that is seldom available live.

Our 1st Annual Caroling through Monmouth is this Sunday, December 18! Meet us at Cumston Hall at 2 p.m. From there we will sing merrily down Main Street spreading good cheer and goodwill for all. Our stroll will conclude with caroling at the Community Supper in the Packard Center at 4 p.m.

The concert will take place on Friday, November 4th at 7 PM in Cumston Hall. The two guitarists will take turns delighting you with a variety of musical styles, from Baroque to Rock & Roll.
