Six veteran artists present their work at an exhibition at the Lamarche Gallery in the David Saul Smith Union at Bowdoin College. Artist Talk at 3pm. Show runs until April 30. Sponsored by Togus Art Initiative and Cerulean Studios of Hallowell. Participating artists include: Terry Grasse, Aleana Chaplin, David McLeod, William S. Jackson, Neal Caron, and Michael McSweeney. Come see how our those who have served our country use art as a means of expression and as a profession.
December 7th is Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. With that fact in mind, I would like to share with you some phenomenal photos that was recently discovered by a reader in an old trunk. These Photos were stored in Brownie Box Camera for 68 years and were taken by an unidentified sailor serving aboard the USS Quapaw ATF110.
