Deepika Padukone Is In A Bikini Promoting ‘Besharam Rang’ On IG

Actress Deepika Padukone has released a new movie called Pathan and she yells dropped a song from the movie called “Besharam Rang” which is getting a lot of early buzz.

The 36-year-old Bollywood star shared the news on Instagram alongside a photo of herself in the most beautiful yellow tie-back bikini (because). In the photo, Deepika is casually leaning against a beach table, with her tight booty, core and legs on full display as she stares off into the distance.

“#BesharamCall out December 12 at 11am. Stay tuned!” she captioned the photo. People obviously freaked out, and one person even wrote, “EXCUSE ME WHAT” which is exactly what I thought too.

Deepika ~also~ shared clips from the music video in her Instagram Stories, and she does some seriously impressive moves that show off her abs and butt as she sings and dances, seemingly without breaking a sweat.

Okay, but what does Deepika do to become so strong? Well according to Fashion IndiaDeepika has been playing badminton since she was little and now has a workout routine that focuses heavily on yoga, pilates and “rope training” (aka “battle ropes”).

In fact, her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala posted a video to Instagram in 2020 of Deepika going bananas on the battle ropes like it was nothing serious. “It’s also important to have fun! @deepikapadukone has the perfect combination of hard work and fun,” Yasmin wrote in the caption. “This makes the 6am mornings worth it .”

Yasmin ~also~ shared a video on Instagram of Deepika doing an aggravated leg and butt workout that will burn your butt just by looking at it:

When Deepika does a Pilates workout, she will often hit the Reformer to work on the “Swan Dive” move, which looks graceful but is a very hard core burner. This, Yasmin explained on Instagram, “strengthens the back muscles, challenges the core and activates the glutes.”

Deepika also likes to do HIIT training, according to personal trainer Nam-Wook Kang. “We start with a light run as a warm-up, followed by a high-intensity workout,” he said Fashion India. “And we finish with some stretching, which she enjoys.” There’s even kickboxing in the mix.

In terms of food, Deepika strives to eat well, but makes sure to keep everything in balance, Fashion India say. Her mantra is “Never eat with your eyes, eat enough to fill your stomach, and never overeat.”
