Week 14’s biggest blowout was supposed to happen in Dallas, but it happened in New York instead, where the Eagles throttled the Giants 48-22.
The Eagles’ point total was the most they have ever scored in a road game against the Giants and the second most they have ever scored against them overall. The Eagles have now also scored at least 35 points in three straight games, which is their longest streak since 2002.
In Dallas, the Cowboys were almost on the wrong side of what would have been the biggest upset of the 2022 season. The Cowboys were a 16.5 point favorite against the Texans, but someone forgot to tell a Houston team that led the game 23-20 with less than a minute left to play.
So what grade do you get when you almost get upset? Let’s go to the Week 14 numbers and figure it out. If you’re looking for a deeper dive into the Rams’ wild victory over the Raiders that played out Thursday, click here.
