Sylvester Stallone fired back at his estranged wife Jennifer Flavin in court papers, denying charges that he wasted their money.

Flavin filed for divorce on August 19 in Palm Beach County, Florida, where the former couple own a $35 million waterfront mansion just months after their 25th wedding anniversary.

“The husband has not engaged in conduct that involves the willful squandering, depletion and/or wasting of marital assets,” his attorney Jeffrey Fisher wrote in court documents filed Monday.

The statement was in response to Flavin’s claim that she earns more than half in their split because, she claims, the “Rocky” star has committed unspecified financial misdeeds that have reduced their overall wealth.

In the filing, Stallone, 76, agreed with Flavin, 54, that their union has been “broken irretrievably.” He asked Flavin to pay her own legal fees and did not oppose her request to have her maiden name reinstated.

The ‘Rambo’ star is estimated to be worth $400 million from his movies, real estate deals and various businesses.

Under Florida law, Flavin is entitled to 50% of any earnings earned during their union if they don’t have a prenuptial agreement saying otherwise, legal experts told Fox News Digital.

Stallone and Flavin, a former model from the San Fernando Valley, California, tied the knot in 1997 when she was 29 and he 51. They share three daughters.

There were signs that their marriage was on the rocks days before the divorce petition reached court. Flavin was caught leaving celebrity hotspot Craig’s in West Hollywood without her wedding ring.
