With Group A and Group B on the books, Wednesday’s World Cup action will set the deciding day for Group C and Group D. Initially, Tunisia won 1-0 against France, while Australia won 1-0 against Denmark. France, despite losing the game, will go on after winning the group stage, while Australia managed to win and will play again in the Round of 16 of the World Cup for the first time since 2006 and only the second time in their history. Denmark finished last in the group after a very disappointing campaign.
Later today, at 2pm, Leo Messi’s Argentina will be back in the game, taking on Robert Lewandowski’s Poland, while Saudi Arabia will play Mexico at the same time.

- Poland: Can win the group and qualify for the round of 16 with a win over Argentina. Can also qualify for the round of 16 with a draw, but in that case would only win the group if Saudi Arabia draws or loses to Mexico.
- Argentina: Can qualify for the round of 16 with a victory over Poland. Can also qualify for round of 16 with a draw and a draw to Saudi Arabia or lose by less than three goals to Mexico. Can win the group with a win and a draw or lose to Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi Arabia: Can qualify for the round of 16 with a win over Mexico. Can also qualify with a draw and a loss to Argentina or a loss and Argentina to lose by one more goal. (i.e. Saudi Arabia lose 1-0 and Argentina lose 2-0 Saudi Arabia would advance
- Mexico: Can qualify for the round of 16 with a victory and Poland’s victory over Argentina. Can also qualify by winning and make up for the goal difference over Poland/Argentina while Argentina beat or draw Poland.
