In the morning, Biden will speak Thursday at the National Prayer Breakfast and have a private lunch with Jordanian King Abdullah.
House Republicans are willing to let Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., from the Foreign Affairs Committee on Thursday, and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy told reporters they have the votes to do it.
Omar said on Twitter: “We vote our districts” and accused Republicans of censorship. She and other Democrats have said removing her — and Democratic Representatives Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell last week — is political payback for GOP Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar who were removed during the last Congress for inflammatory remarks and the share messages containing violence against another legislator.
